How to Get Around the Resort

Main Entrance & Reception (Upper Entrances 1 & 14)

As you enter, you’ll step into a garden with a murmuring brook. Follow the steps downhill to the middle of the resort, where you’ll enjoy a great view of the pool area.

The Pool Zone

The heart of the resort! A large adult pool, a smaller kids’ pool, and a café restaurant—perfect for a coffee break or a sunset cocktail. Note: You’ll need an access key fob for any of the five pool entrances.

Lower Resort Area

Walk through the underground passage to the lower side of the resort. Here you’ll find three exits leading to the roundabout in front of Hotel Alua, with a large parking lot nearby.

Scenic Walkways

Prefer a quieter route? A pathway runs along the perimeter, connecting the upper entrances (1 & 14) with the lower exits (5, 6 & 8).

Important Information for Guests

• ⏳ Pool Hours: 09:00 – 19:00 (Best time for a quiet swim? Early morning or late afternoon.)
• 🍽️ Restaurant & Café: 10:00 – 20:00 (Breakfast until 11:00)
• 📍 Reception: 16:00 – 19:30 (Only for guests staying in the 30 managed apartments. All other guests collect keys/cards from their rental company)
• ♻ Waste Disposal: Each apartment block has a designated disposal area—ask staff if you can’t find it.
