Essential Community Rules

To ensure a safe, peaceful environment, all residents must follow these rules:

  • Quiet Hours: 23:00 – 09:00
  • Awnings & Blinds: Only approved colors/designs allowed
  • Terrace Railings: Must follow community design
  • Water Heaters: Cannot be installed visibly on terraces
  • Pool Use: No reserving sunbeds
  • Waste Disposal: Use designated bins
  • Pets: Not allowed in common areas; feeding strays prohibited
  • BBQs: Forbidden on terraces and balconies
  • Exterior Modifications: Must be pre-approved by the administration
